1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between CVS CONSULTING GROUP s.r.o. ("Provider", "we", "us") and the user of the YourGantt service ("User", "you").
By registering an account, you fully accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Subject of Agreement
The Provider grants the User access to the YourGantt online platform for project capacity planning, task scheduling, workload management, and related services.
3. Conditions of Use
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not share account access with third parties
- Not use the Service for purposes that violate applicable laws
- Not upload content that infringes on the rights of third parties
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
4. Service Plans and Payment
YourGantt offers a Free plan and a Pro plan (monthly or annual billing). The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial.
Service fees are determined in accordance with the pricing published on the Service website. The Provider reserves the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to Users.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
A refund may be issued at the Provider's discretion in the following cases:
- A technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge
- The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during a paid billing cycle
- You were charged after canceling your subscription, due to a processing delay
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to support@yourgantt.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
The 30-day free trial requires no payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@yourgantt.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data (projects, tasks, schedules) is preserved.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
- Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year retain access until the end of the paid year.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at support@yourgantt.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
If we cannot resolve the issue directly, you may file a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will cooperate with any chargeback investigation and provide relevant transaction records.
We encourage Users to contact us first, as resolving disputes directly is typically faster than the chargeback process.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service, its design, code, and functionality belong to the Provider. Data created by the User (projects, tasks, schedules) belongs to the User.
9. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable local legislation.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Provider is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, actions of third parties, or force majeure.
- Maximum liability of the Provider is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through account settings or by contacting support@yourgantt.com. Upon deletion, the following are permanently destroyed:
- Account and profile data
- All projects, tasks, and schedule data
- Subscription and payment history
12. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available at yourgantt.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.
